The building features a reinforced concrete strip foundation combined with a load-bearing floor slab designed for industrial-grade capacity. Its main structural frame consists of galvanized steel, offering long-term durability and excellent structural stability. The exterior and interior walls are made of 8–10 cm thick insulated sandwich panels, providing an attractive appearance along with high thermal and acoustic insulation. The roofing system also uses sandwich panels, configured in a low-pitched gable roof design with a complete rainwater drainage system including gutters and downpipes. The flooring is a polished, high-load-capacity industrial reinforced concrete surface, ideal for heavy truck traffic, loading operations, and forklift movement. The facility is equipped with 1–2 large sectional industrial doors (approximately 3–4 meters wide and 4–5 meters high), ensuring efficient goods handling. Additionally, pedestrian access doors and insulated PVC or aluminum windows allow for natural light and comfortable indoor use.
