In September 2020, we began the construction of the condominium at 33 Perczel Miklós Street in the heart of Pécs, with the goal of creating a modern, state-of-the-art, and valuable property in the city center. The project was preceded by thorough planning, market demand analysis, and a detailed examination of development opportunities in the downtown area.
